1. Introduction

Welcome to SportTicketRoof.

SportTicketRoof is a cloud-based event ticketing platform owned and operated by TMVIC Group Ltd (“TMVIC”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

The Platform enables sports federations and authorised event organisers to create and manage sporting events, sell tickets, issue digital tickets and accreditations, validate entry, and access event reporting.

SportTicketRoof is not an open marketplace. Members of the public cannot create user accounts. All Federation administrator accounts, authorised Point-of-Sale (POS) agent accounts and Platform administrator accounts are created and managed exclusively by TMVIC.

By accessing or using www.sportticketroof.com, our web applications, mobile applications, POS tools or any related services (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You may browse the Platform and purchase tickets without creating an account.

To purchase tickets, you must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your country.

Where tickets are purchased on behalf of a child or minor, the purchaser must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority applicable in their jurisdiction.

User accounts are available only to:

• Authorised Federation administrators approved by TMVIC.
• Approved POS agents authorised by TMVIC.
• Authorised Platform administrators.

Members of the public cannot register accounts on SportTicketRoof.

3. User Accounts

Federation administrator and POS agent accounts are created, managed and controlled by TMVIC.

If you are issued an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Keep your login credentials confidential.
• Be responsible for all activities carried out using your account.
• Notify TMVIC immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

TMVIC may suspend, restrict or terminate any account that breaches these Terms, applicable law or Platform policies.

4. Events and Ticket Purchases

Events available on SportTicketRoof are organised by independent Federations or authorised event organisers.

TMVIC provides and administers the technology platform through which events are published and managed.

By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that:

• The event organiser is responsible for organising and delivering the event.
• Ticket availability is subject to capacity and organiser approval where applicable.
• Digital tickets are delivered electronically and validated using QR code technology.
• Tickets may only be transferred where the organiser expressly permits transfers.
• You are responsible for ensuring the information provided during purchase is accurate.

Before completing a purchase, you will be asked to confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms of Use and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.

5. Payments

Payments are processed securely through independent third-party payment providers.

SportTicketRoof does not store payment card numbers or security codes.

Available payment methods, currencies, taxes and applicable fees may vary depending on the organiser, payment provider and country.

6. Refunds, Cancellations and Event Changes

Refunds, cancellations, postponements and event changes are determined by the event organiser and applicable consumer protection laws.

Where refunds are approved by the organiser, TMVIC may assist in processing the refund through the Platform.

TMVIC is not responsible for organiser decisions regarding refunds except where required by law.

7. Acceptable Use

When using SportTicketRoof you agree not to:

• Use the Platform for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account or system.
• Circumvent Platform security measures.
• Upload malicious software or harmful content.
• Interfere with the operation of the Platform.
• Use automated systems to scrape or copy Platform content without permission.
• Resell tickets where prohibited by the organiser or applicable law.
• Impersonate another person or organisation.

TMVIC may investigate suspected misuse and take appropriate action, including account suspension or legal action.

8. Intellectual Property

SportTicketRoof, including its software, design, branding, trademarks, graphics, databases and content, is owned by TMVIC Group Ltd or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property rights to you.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer or reproduce any part of the Platform except where permitted by law or with TMVIC’s written permission.

9. Third-Party Services

The Platform relies on third-party providers including payment processors, communication providers, hosting providers and other technology partners.

Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

TMVIC is not responsible for the operation of third-party services beyond our reasonable control.

10. Disclaimer

SportTicketRoof is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis.

While we work to maintain a reliable Platform, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the Platform will always be error-free.

TMVIC provides the ticketing technology and administrative platform but is not the organiser of the events listed unless expressly stated.

The event organiser is responsible for event management, scheduling, venue operations and event delivery.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TMVIC shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses.
• Loss of profits.
• Loss of business opportunities.
• Loss of goodwill.
• Loss of data not caused by our negligence.

TMVIC’s total liability arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the greater of:

• The total amount you paid through SportTicketRoof during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim; or
• EUR 100.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

12. Suspension and Termination

TMVIC may suspend or terminate access to the Platform where:

• These Terms are breached.
• Fraud or unlawful activity is suspected.
• Platform security is at risk.
• Required by law or regulatory authorities.

Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that arose before termination.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TMVIC Group Ltd is incorporated.

If mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide additional rights, those rights remain unaffected.

Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be submitted to the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

14. Changes to These Terms

TMVIC may update these Terms from time to time.

Material changes will be published on the Platform and, where appropriate, communicated by email.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
